About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ICU RN to join our dynamic critical care team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care for patients requiring close monitoring, advanced interventions, and intensive support. Requirements

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact state (required).
• Minimum 1+ year of recent ICU RN experience in acute care (required).
• ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire.
• BLS within 30 days; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients with complex medical conditions.
• Use critical judgment to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly in life-threatening situations.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
