Responsibilities
- Provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for high risk adolescent through aging adult patients with actual or potential life-threatening medical-surgical conditions.
- Conduct complex assessments and diagnosis.
- Identify outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice.
- Provide high-intensity therapies and interventions while providing continuous nursing surveillance.
- Adhere to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA.
- Participate actively in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in Illinois.
- Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
