About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex patient conditions in a collaborative intensive care environment. Units Considered: MICU / SICU / CSU

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license (or compact license with FL RN within 60 days)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience
• Previous acute care experience strongly preferred
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS (AHA) certification required within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Previous acute care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
• Administer medications according to physician orders
• Maintain and review patient records, test results, and documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
• Apply critical thinking and service excellence to deliver optimal outcomes
