ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity critical care team in Ocala, Florida. The ICU Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing standards and departmental requirements. This role involves caring for critically ill patients while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized treatment plans. The ICU RN provides comprehensive care using evidence-based nursing models, serves as a patient and family advocate, and supports excellent clinical outcomes through continuous assessment, monitoring, education, and care coordination. Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Active Florida RN license or approved multistate compact RN license required
- Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience within the last 3 years
- BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS required within 30 days of hire
- TNCC or CCRN required within 1 year of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Commitment to patient-centered outcomes
- Desire to learn and grow in a critical care environment
Nice To Haves
- ICU or higher-acuity experience preferred
- Strong Med/Surg candidates considered
