Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum two years of relevant RN experience required
- Current Texas RN license or eligibility for immediate licensure
- BLS required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide specialized ICU-level patient care
- Serve as patient advocate within the healthcare system
- Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and institutional standards
- Participate in Quality Improvement and Service Excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
