Assigned Shift: Night Shift Standard Working Hours: 1845-0715 Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend Holiday Responsibility: yes The Patient Care Assistant position is part of the ICU Department and is a full-time working approximately 72 hours per two-week pay period, The primary shift is 6:45 PM – 7:15 PM, with a schedule that may include a combination of 12- and 8-hour shifts. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Hospital and departmental experience preferred
Strong initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Customer service oriented and able to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team

Responsibilities

Provide patient care and perform non-professional services to meet the personal needs and comfort of patients
Use a systematic approach to assess patient needs and work collaboratively with nursing and ancillary staff
Adhere to all assigned standards and promote teamwork within the department
Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and smooth ICU operations
