Job Overview: Responsible for researching, troubleshooting and resolving systemic and physical facility level inventory issues. Provide effective communication of related accuracy issues to facility management that could impede accurate and timely financial booking. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Inventory experience preferred.
  • Two years of experience addressing complex issues using diplomacy and tact.
  • Two years of experience working with spreadsheets, reporting and responding to questions/issues.
  • One year of experience in a distribution center.
  • Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Computer Proficiency Required: Excel, SQL, Macros, Tables, PowerBI and Powerpoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate directions regarding standard operating processes.
  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Team player with a high standard for integrity and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs.
  • Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve systemic and physical facility level inventory issues.
  • Communicate related accuracy issues to facility management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues using various tools.
  • Make connections and inferences based on limited data.
  • Initiate questions and suggestions to explore potential root causes.
  • Key accurately and productively using PCs and handheld devices.
  • Recognize situations impacting system integrity and communicate alerts.
  • Maintain organized documents per the Supply Chain documentation retention policy.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and safety/security guidance.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect.
