As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Team Member at Target, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of inventory within our Distribution Center. Your problem-solving skills will be vital as you work to correct any inaccuracies in inventory records and conduct follow-up audits to support ongoing improvements. Additionally, you will assist operational teams by addressing any inaccuracies that may hinder their ability to pick products, thereby preventing downstream order cancellations. This position requires a proactive approach, as you will need to anticipate the needs of your leaders and solve problems before they escalate.
