About The Position

JOB SUMMARY To meet ongoing business needs the iCIMS and HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and compliance of Rosen’s Diversified Inc., Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS. This role also includes partnering with HR Technology Team with the development, configuration, and implementation of solutions for the Company’s Human Resources Information System – UKG. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR technology/systems experience preferably UKG and iCIMS.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience administering iCIMS with UKG integration.
  • Demonstrated experience building and supporting system integrations (APIs, file feeds, etc.)
  • Strong reporting and analytics experience, including custom report development and dashboard creation within UKG and iCIMS.
  • Experience troubleshooting data issues and resolving integration errors.
  • Working knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting system releases, testing cycles, and regression validation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with employees at all levels including executive level.
  • Ability to partner on strategic initiatives and projects to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support iCIMS, ensuring proper configuration, data flow, and integration with downstream systems
  • Support system upgrades and release management activities, including feature testing, regression testing, and validation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between HR systems, third-party vendors, and internal applications.
  • Investigate and correct data discrepancies, lead error identification and remediation efforts.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within iCIMS to support recruiting operations and leadership reporting needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute custom reports, analytics, and scheduled dashboards for HR and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Maintain comprehensive business process documentation, system configuration guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support data privacy, security, and compliance initiatives.
  • Serve as the front-line support as questions and issues submitted to iCIMS HR Technology support.
  • Manage and conduct ongoing training of iCIMS for plant, field, and corporate Talent Acquisition Specialists (recruiters).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, testing, and deployment management activities.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships that facilitate project success.
  • Assist with the monitoring and testing of data loads within UKG
  • Review, test, and ensure successful adoption of product releases.
  • Determine data collection gaps and recommend tracking efficiencies.
  • Adhere to and follow HR system-related business processes, application configuration, efficiency, enhancements, and system interfaces with other internal and third-party systems/solutions for various HR centric applications such as UKG Pro, WFM, iCIMS, Business Intelligence, and SharePoint.
  • Participate in the annual Benefits Open Enrollment project team by assisting with file feeds/uploads and configurations, testing, data migration, and open items listing with UKG support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, testing, and deployment management activities.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships that facilitate project success.
  • Serve as support as questions and issues are presented to the HR Technology Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
