About The Position
NOW HIRING FT/Seasonal Ice Rink Technicians for the 2024-25 Season for our ice rink in Temecula, California. The Town of Temecula, CA proudly presents Temecula on Ice, an outdoor ice skating rink in the heart of downtown Temecula, featuring its very own radio station playing the best tunes to enjoy skating. Ice-America is proud to be producing the Temecula on Ice Rink! Skaters and non-skaters alike are encouraged to apply for this fun and exciting event designed to engage the community during the holiday season! The role is from early-December 2024 through mid-January 2025. Ice Rink Technicians will be responsible for ice maintenance, resurfacing, skate sharpening, and mechanical tasks. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. The Ice Tech will act as an Ice-America representative, maintaining client relationships and ensuring safety by eliminating hazards and managing day-to-day operations of the ice surface. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required. Compensation is dependent upon experience, ranging from $23-$28/hour ($1,610 - $1,960/week).
