Claude’s Creamery exists to serve up a superior Ice Cream experience that makes lifetime memories for all. We are looking for fun, energetic team members that love to work with people in a fast paced environment!
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers at all times, in the shop and over the phone
Treat fellow team members with courtesy and respect at all times
Adhere to food service safety and sanitation guidelines
Stand for long periods of time
Keep the shop clean and organized on a daily basis
Stay focused on required job duties and follow directions given by the manager and team leaders
Come to work as scheduled and give reasonable notice to manager when changes are needed for any reason
Complete other duties as assigned
Prior Customer Service experience within the food service industry is preferred, but not necessary
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends
