About The Position

The Ice Cream Production Supervisor at Unilever is responsible for coordinating and supervising the production of finished products and overseeing production employees in a dynamic, 24/7 factory environment. Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships at all business levels.
• Ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively across the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse/Logistics experience (not required, but a plus).
• SAP and WMS system experience (not required, but a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the production of finished products and production employees.
• Ensure the safety and effectiveness of all operators and operations in the factory.
• Drive execution of production plans for a shift of approximately 20-25 employees.
• Promote the development of a highly effective team through authentic leadership and clear communication.
• Utilize appropriate safety and environmental procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Facilitate technical improvements using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools.
• Coach operators and teams to increase performance and resolve team issues.
• Apply rigorous Cost Deployment and the Zero loss concept to eliminate losses.
• Identify, prioritize, and address problems using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Sustain quality standards in factory operations through core quality skills.
• Coordinate business resources and apply risk management processes.
• Prepare work plans within resource constraints and review implementation.
