About The Position

The Ice Cream OOH Emerging Channel Associate at Unilever plays a vital role in expanding the company's reach in new, high-potential channels such as airlines, colleges, schools, hospitals, movie theaters, and hotels. This position is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investments, and fostering customer relationships to support long-term growth objectives in the Ice Cream business, which is set to operate as a standalone entity by November 2025.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of relevant sales and distribution experience
• Business development and account management experience required
• Experience identifying and capturing new business opportunities, ideally within consumer products or unconventional channels
• DSD experience highly preferred
• Experience in emerging channels (e.g., airlines, hotels, schools) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted growth strategy for emerging OOH channels.
• Identify new business opportunities to drive brand expansion across various channels.
• Lead the implementation of sales plans and manage trade investments effectively.
• Oversee customer communication to maintain strong relationships and support channel expansion.
• Influence Regional Business Managers and the distributor network to support channel-specific initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, leading negotiations to secure new partnerships.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts to align on mutual growth goals.
• Partner with CSP and Marketing teams to unlock customized POSM and share insights on portfolio needs.
