JOB PURPOSE: As the Associate Supply Chain Finance Manager - Logistics, you will partner the North America Logistics Operations team to enable the business to meet its' financial goals, proactively lead efforts to identify opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance financial performance. Your mission is to infuse financial wisdom into every strategic and operational decision, ensuring that growth trajectory is not only profitable but also sustainable.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on supply chain/operations finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting, including budgeting, forecast, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. SAP, PBCS, & AFO are a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite capabilities required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Pre Flash/Flash updates on monthly NA Logistics financial impact
  • Own the €100M North America Warehouse performance plan and manage end to end financial reporting.
  • Present monthly Warehouse performance insights to Associate Warehouse Operations Managers.
  • Ensure financial accuracy through proactive variance reviews and journal entry recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Financial Services Hub to ensure alignment on IFRS lease accounting and accruals.
  • Maintain North America Freight Performance Report
  • Prepare and present logistics financial performance materials for monthly team connects.
  • Recommend financial overlays on Warehouse Spend to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Support the Logistics Manager on a variety of business needs, including: o Business case development o Savings calculations and delivery tracking
