Aquatech needs a Procurement Intern to work in our Hartland, WI, ICD office for the summer of 2026. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for supplier bidding under guidance from the Procurement team.
• Support the review of supplier quotations and help compile bid tabulations for analysis and decision-making.
• Help draft procurement requisitions by organizing and formatting documents such as Scope of Work, Drawings, and Specifications.
• Participate in purchase order tracking, including updating status reports and assisting with follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Control to support vendor communications.
• Attend team meetings and vendor calls to gain exposure to procurement processes and supplier relationship management.
• Support documentation and filing of procurement records in accordance with company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
