ICBA Payments is revolutionizing its business model and product set, transitioning from an administrator of referral programs to a Group Service Provider/reseller of all thing’s payments for community banks. As Vice President, Business Development you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping community banks grow their card programs, launch new products, improve profitability, and deliver exceptional account-holder experiences. Along the way, you will educate community banks on the importance of modernizing their payments platforms while providing a solutions-oriented approach that helps banks grow their business and connect with the value of the enhanced ICBA Payments services.
