We are seeking a Software Engineering Intern with experience in Java software design, coding and testing, and an interest in emerging technologies. The intern will gain exciting real-world software engineering experience in the InsureTech industry. As a member of the Software Engineering Integrations team, the individual will work collaboratively with other members of the team on requirements, implementation, testing, and support of complex software systems and projects to support the business. The team’s focus is on Java Spring Cloud microservices and supporting Angular UIs, but also works on new technologies including machine learning. The ideal candidate for this environment will be passionate and collaborative. Throughout the 10 weeks, interns will have an opportunity to collaborate with interns at other Victor subsidiaries. ICAT Interns will participate in formal training, structured projects and social and volunteer events, which demonstrate our commitment to colleagues, clients and communities.
