About The Position

The ICAP Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for the Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP) grant project for Rogue Community College in both counties. This role coordinates activities to address the needs of students living with and experiencing disabilities and promotes student success for students in the ICAP project. The coordinator creates individual success plans for ICAP participants and provides advising and career services on campus. Responsibilities include establishing processes to monitor skills and support-service needs of participants, monitoring student progress, addressing student barriers, and providing connections to resources such as tutoring and instructional support, coaching and advising support, and supplemental resources for all ICAP participants. In partnership with the ICAP Project Manager (and ARC Team), the coordinator develops procedures and processes to assist students in accessing resources, monitors the grant project, makes recommendations for program improvement, and ensures that grant objectives are met. The position also involves project support, including data collection, documentation, and reporting.
