About The Position

The ICAM Architect is responsible for the technical vision, high-level design, and long-term scalability of the enterprise ICAM solution, including system design, requirements decomposition, and establishing a roadmap for continued maturity in ICAM services and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.).
  • 8-12 years’ experience in ICAM architecture, enterprise security, and systems integration.
  • Strong expertise in identity lifecycle design, authentication/authorization systems, and federal compliance standards.
  • SAML 2.0

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive technical architectures that meet all AOUSC requirements, spanning cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
  • Lead solution design and requirements mapping from RTM and Use Cases.
  • Define migration strategy from legacy to modern ICAM systems.
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations on integration, security, and scalability enhancements.
  • Ensure all technical components are aligned with AOUSC and federal security guidelines (e.g., NIST 800-53, FIPS 140-3).
