About The Position

The candidate will provide Access Management-focused development expertise and engineering direction for the Access Management Development team, including the definition and enforcement of team development practices, scheduling and running internal and external meetings to achieve decision points, coordination between internal teams and third parties, delivering and maintaining the architectural vision for the Sailpoint delivery to all networks in accordance with direction from Leadership, provide technical guidance to team members and external third parties, and provide troubleshooting and problem determination expertise as required. TS/SCI eligible with travel once a month to come location, probably on the East Coast. The rest is remote work, with occasional site visits scattered around in there.

Requirements

  • 12+ years overall Information Technology experience
  • 7+ years Java application development experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with Agile development practices, including DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
  • 5+ years’ operating in Senior Developer or Development Lead roles
  • 3+ years’ experience with Keycloak, Open Policy Agent, or similar Access Management software
  • 3+ years working with Access Management-related products, services, and protocols

  • Strong understanding of Open ID Connect, OAuth2, and SAML

  • Solid knowledge of cryptographic concepts including Public Key Infrastructure, Symmetric and Asymmetric encryption, Hash algorithms, etc.
