The position involves architecting and developing a scalable and reusable Testbench environment using the framework of Verification Methodologies. The candidate will drive test plans for all features for Block/Core/SOC and write functional coverage for these features. Responsibilities include building pseudo-random tests to verify and achieve full functional coverage, debugging regression failures, analyzing functional coverage gaps, and improving tests to cover those gaps. The role also requires collaboration with team members, guiding and mentoring junior team members, and leading the documentation of verification strategies including test plans and verification environments. The candidate is expected to think creatively to stress the DUT and verify it efficiently.
