About The Position

The IC Medical Courier position is a contract role focused on delivering prescription medications to long-term care facilities in the Tacoma area. The job requires driving your own vehicle and involves approximately 160 miles of travel each day, with a commitment of five days a week starting at 6 PM. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, have a reliable vehicle, and are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others through timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Must provide your own vehicle and smartphone.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Good driving record with no more than 2 violations in the last 3 years.
• Must pass a drug screen and felony background check.
• Must have or be able to obtain commercial auto insurance coverage.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Business License, EIN, and HIPAA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription medications to long-term care facilities in Tacoma, Burien, Seattle, SeaTac, Normandy Place, and Mukilteo.
• Complete approximately 8 stops per day, covering around 160 miles.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of medically critical small cargo.
• Maintain a good driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
