The Timing Business R&D team within the MSS division is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies that power wired and wireless connectivity around the world. The IC Development Software team is seeking a talented Summer Intern for 2026, ideally pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with a strong interest in software development. Our projects span a wide range of areas, including new product development, desktop and firmware application development, command-line interface (CLI) tools, API development to control IC devices and instruments, and database integration. Term: Summer Intern (May '26 to August '26)

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in at least one high-level language: C#, Python, C/C++, or Java.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with low-level firmware programming.
  • Background in Electrical Engineering, particularly digital logic.

Responsibilities
