We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a IBST Enterprise Vmware/SAN Admin - Mid to Sen. This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD. Applicants without a Top Secret clearance will not be considered Job Description and Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Configuring and Maintaining vmWare environment; Configuring and Maintaining SAN (NetApp); Configuring and Maintaining Network Storage; Configuring and Maintaining Windows Servers; Troubleshoot tier 2-3 tickets for customers.

Requirements

  • A mid-level has 3 or more years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description and a BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position.
  • A senior has at least 10 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description and a MA/MS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position.
  • vmWare Administration
  • SAN experience
  • Windows Administration
  • ACAS
  • Bachelors or Masters dependent upon level.
  • Top Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Nice To Haves

  • Storage experience.
