A Senior Process Manager of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is responsible for leading and advancing the organization's IBP demand and supply planning process, ensuring Global alignment across strategic planning, execution, and finance functions. This role plays a critical part in balancing service and cost by integrating strategic, execution, and financial planning into a single, synchronized process. They are a strategic planner with deep expertise in IBP best practices, demand and supply planning, and data-driven decision-making. They can identify and leverage AI, BI, and other tools to support, enhance, and optimize the IBP process. They need a strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions and facilitate data-driven decision making with functional leaders and business executives. This position also includes clear focus on advancing the outcomes of the IBP process through structured process improvements, disciplined project management of actions, and improved data quality and accountability. This role partners across Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Project execution teams and serves as a catalyst for consistent improvement of IBP process inputs resulting in better IBP outcomes. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,500-$147,400 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role: IBP Process & Strategy Execution Planning Execute the IBP process, ensuring seamless integration between sales, demand, supply, finance, execution, and strategic planning. Drive cross-functional collaboration to align strategic business objectives with execution capabilities, enabling highly agile, fact-based, data-driven decision-making. Analyze data to find patterns and variables which can be utilized to identify risks and run strategic business scenarios that optimize resources and achieve execution KPIs. Drive continuous process improvement, identify and lead innovative planning initiatives, optimize the process, enhance process tools, standardize best practices, and discover new data insights which all increase value to our customers. Identify opportunities where we can leverage both AI strategic capabilities to support and enhance process accuracy, efficiency, and optimization; and AI tactical functionality within systems and tools to perform specific tasks. Drive integration of execution and financial planning to align execution actions with financial goals, resulting in optimized plans to support both operational and financial objectives. Lead decision-making process to bridge strategy with execution by aligning data from strategy, sales, demand, supply, and financials through a focused and exception-driven monthly re-planning process. IBP facilitates data-driven decision-making by organizing and analyzing data from various departments, providing real-time insights so the organization can make proactive decisions using a holistic view of their execution risks and KPIs. Build trust with the functional and executive leadership team by providing the information and subject matter expert insights to enable better-informed decisions that deliver on the business promises and goals. Provide critical insights to sales that supports their ability to win new business and improve overall sales performance. IBP Process Improvement & IBP Data Maturity Lead and manage cross‑functional internal improvement projects related to IBP, operational planning, data, and decision support Deep dive data volatility or granularity gaps to analyze and recommend improvement opportunities. Establish data quality standards, ownership, and governance for key IBP inputs and outputs Monitor data integrity, timeliness, and consistency across functions Act as a neutral facilitator to resolve process breakpoints and drive alignment across functions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear outcomes and tangible process or capability improvements Hold stakeholders accountable for accurate, complete, and on‑time data submissions Escalate recurring data or process issues with clear recommendations and corrective actions
