HX5 is currently seeking a qualified IBM (ELM) System Administrator to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract in Huntsville, AL. This position involves performing all administrative functions for the IBM Engineering tools, including user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. The role also includes providing technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of the IBM Engineering tools, monitoring system performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, the administrator will develop and maintain documentation related to the IBM Engineering tools and processes, collaborate with other IT teams for seamless integration, manage the DB2 database associated with the tools, ensure compliance with security policies, and stay updated on the latest IBM Engineering tools and technologies.
