IBM CMOD Consultant (Remote)
About The Position
As a IBM Content Manager you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client. We believe remote work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, if this is a hybrid position it will require 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs. Requirements
- 8 + years of relevant work experience
- Support the companys strategic goals by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Security vulnerability assessment and remediation.
- Provide Disaster Recovery support by assisting in defining / reviewing disaster recovery plans and by managing and conducting DR testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise level solutions using IBM CMOD, ICN to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ODWEK API.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee the implementation of IBM Content Navigator to optimize document management processes and improve user experience.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of Java based applications to ensure high performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all system designs and implementations.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with hybrid work models and day shifts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that support the companys growth and societal impact.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to empower teams with the latest technological advancements.
