This role offers a unique opportunity to make a profound impact within underserved communities by providing comprehensive therapeutic interventions across home, school, and community settings.

Requirements

Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or mental health-related field.
Demonstrated passion & commitment to serving urban youth & families
Proficient in therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care
Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal & communication skills
Adaptability to work in diverse environments & schedules (evenings and weekends)

Responsibilities

Engage with youth & their families in meaningful therapeutic sessions
Develop personalized behavior management plans that foster growth & resilience
Collaborate closely with school communities to integrate mental health into educational setting
Establish strong community partnerships to advocate for resources & services
Provide timely crisis intervention & support
