About The Position

We're looking for a Collateral Specialist to understand the risks associated with your business and function. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal policies and contracts. Understand what you do and how you contribute to the overall success of the organization. You'll be working in the ETD Exchange Margin Collateral Management Americas team, responsible for the service delivery of collateral and margin management for the Americas as we face off to Electronic Exchanges in the region.

Requirements

• Focus on delivering excellent service to both internal and external clients.
• Focus on understanding governing regulations and ensuring all processes and controls are in line with those.
• Experience working in financial services.
• Detail oriented, diligent and able to work under pressure.
• Able to take a logical approach to the analysis of an issue and ability to distil into remediating actions.
• Knowledge of collateral management in general and exchange margin specifically.

Responsibilities

• Full understanding of all rules and regulations as they pertain to Exchange Collateral and Margin Management.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations at all times.
• Timely resolution of all questions/issues as they relate to those rules and regulations.
• Ensure seamless execution of all controls, with effective resolution of issues.
• Execute control tasks for the team - e.g. daily controls and reconciliations.
