Overview The IAM Okta Workflow Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows within the Okta Identity and Access Management platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize identity lifecycle management, streamline access provisioning, and enhance security controls through automation. They will also assist in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems within the organization. This role ensures that users have appropriate access to systems and data, supports security initiatives, and maintains compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Scope of Impact: May assist in orienting, training, and checking the work of more junior employees. Has personal responsibility for complex administrative and/or technical support. Has latitude to decide the order in which they are to be done. Strategic Planning: Follows prescribed standard practices that are readily understood. Decisions require some judgment in applying rules and procedures but remain within limits of standard practice. May gather information to help arrive at an appropriate solution . Customer Focus: Understands the importance of the customer and the influence of own role in delivering customer satisfaction; Understands customer needs. Must listen to and accurately communicate with customers in an effective and tactful way. Provides prompt, reliable, and responsive service to all customers. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite: Tues, Wed, Thurs) based in our Nashville, TN Corporate Headquarters or Tulsa, OK office.
