Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in access administration across on-prem, cloud, and third-party applications.
  • Deep understanding of IAM tools like SailPoint IdentityNow, NERM, BeyondTrust, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience with Excel and PowerShell scripting.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • A growth mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for making things better.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance the enterprise-wide IAM program.
  • Execute user access certifications (UACs) for in-scope systems to ensure SOX and SOC compliance.
  • Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to gather evidence and conduct walkthroughs.
  • Define roles and entitlements that align with business needs and security standards.
  • Enhance IAM controls across access requests, administration, termination monitoring, and reconciliation.
  • Participate in design sessions, UAT testing, and process documentation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as an IAM SME, identifying risks and recommending solutions that reduce exposure and enhance resilience.
  • Partner with cybersecurity to respond to incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote a security-first culture that never compromises on customer service.
  • Work cross-functionally with IAM architecture, access operations, IT development, and business units.
  • Coordinate IAM activities that support strategic initiatives and regulatory readiness.
