The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for maintaining Froedtert & MCW’s Identity and Access Management environment. This role provides technical expertise in supporting access management tools, administering identity lifecycle processes across multiple operating systems and platforms, and developing and enforcing IAM security policies and procedures. The IAM Administrator is also responsible for managing and resolving access-related incidents, requests, and changes through the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented fulfillment in accordance with established service levels and compliance requirements. This role works closely with technical teams and business partners to ensure secure, efficient access to systems and data while protecting the organization’s information assets. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as this role regularly engages with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and is expected to effectively manage workload, priorities, and assigned ticket queues. Performs other duties as assigned.
