About The Position

State Street cyber architecture & engineering is looking for outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communications, and influencing capabilities. This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/RBAC. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization
• proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results.
• Bachelor Degree (BS)
• Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
• Leading teams of business analysts
• Demonstrated experience in building IAM products

Responsibilities

• Have a vision and drive the delivery of the IAM-RBAC Product suite
• Collect requirements from the business and partner with Engineering team to deliver features to the business
• Have an agile mindset and deliver incremental value in sprints
• Hands-on managing the Scrum board and backlog providing clear requirements in the form of jira stories
• Participate and drive scrum ceremonies
• Partner and drive consensus among various stakeholders including business users, ISOs
• Manage junior staff
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk
