About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Senior Manager in Cybersecurity as part of Identity Access Management (IAM). The Senior Manager is part of the Wells Fargo IAM product management team with oversight of a team of IAM Product Owners for Access Control capability areas. In this role, you will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for IAM Governance Products that aligns with IAM goals and industry best practices. You will oversee the product management lifecycle for IAM Governance tools and solutions ensuring effective prioritization, development, and delivery. You will work closely with IAM Senior Management, business units, governance, and risk and control to align IAM governance initiatives with organizational objectives. Additionally, you will identify security risks and solutions and drive strategic planning and roadmap for the IAM products.
