Global Atlantic Financial Company (a subsidiary of Global Atlantic Financial Group Limited) is seeking a candidate for the position of Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer in Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities include architecting, designing, developing, and implementing Identity Management solutions with SailPoint IDNow. The role involves designing and coding rules, applications, workflows, custom tasks, custom connectors, UI pages, and custom reports in SailPoint IDNow. The IAM Engineer will help the program team with requirement gathering, effort estimation, application owner coordination, and project management. Additionally, the engineer will manage the delivery lifecycle of the core Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms with a strong emphasis on Identity Governance and Administration, provide subject matter expertise to technical teams regarding IAM integrations, and participate in business process evaluation and improvement activities. The role also includes ensuring successful transition of project deliverables to support and maintain operations teams, supporting business and technology strategy and planning, building connector customization Rules in Beanshell, performing in-place upgrades of Virtual Appliances, and identifying risks and issues while developing recommendations to address them. The IAM Engineer will also help create and develop processes for audit reports, templates, and recertification reports for Internal and External auditors for in-scope applications within IAM platforms.
