Create, implement, and maintain integration processes within SailPoint and Okta to streamline identity lifecycle management and access controls.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and IT operations, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide oversight and mentorship to vendor and junior technical staff, guiding their professional development and contributions to projects.
Identify and address critical success factors and risks and meet with customers to ensure software products comply with established business requirements.
Draft and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for application development, based on industry best practices.
Perform negotiations, resolve conflicts, make presentations, and communicate technical information to all levels of management.

Minimum of 4 years working as an IAM developer.
Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Extensive work experience in information technology frameworks, including IAM industry standards.
Knowledge of IAM Frameworks with a strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of programming principles with computer programming principles, practices, and systems analysis techniques.
Knowledge of cloud-based architectural patterns and enterprise-level solutions.
