Overview FTE: 1.0 Shift Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Days of Week: MONDAY-FRIDAY Responsible for basic user account management and support: creating, modifying and terminating accounts for multiple computer applications, directories and domains. Responsibilities include gathering information from multiple sources and, with assistance, analyzing, and summarizing the information to draw conclusions and make decisions to ensure appropriate access is provisioned. The employee must become familiar with, and utilize standard IT, Audit and Privacy methodologies. The position is moderately self-directed working within a general framework established by management. The employee will be required to access information considered confidential and protected by the organization to determine appropriate user access. Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation. The employee must comply with all relevant policies and procedures related to user access and disclosure of this information and policies related to the security of the organization's information systems. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent required with one year of full time applicable work experience or an AS or an equivalent degree. Certification in Information Technology or equivalent preferred. Must have knowledge of and experience using software applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases). Must have strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
