The Identity and Access Management Administrator is a key associate on our Information Security team. This position is full-time, permanent, has no supervisory duties, has global responsibilities, and is salaried with standard work hours, and requires very little travel. The Identity and Access Management Administrator will report to the IAM Supervisor. This position is responsible for maintaining an enterprise identity and access control through policy, architecture, and auditing. Monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies for access management initiatives. Collaborating with IT architects, engineers, and support to design and implement identity access control processes. Assessing current access to systems while monitoring changes to application users. Creating new processes for new systems being implemented for access control. Assisting IT support changing access and identity controls. Supporting compliance and access audits. Adhering to federal regulations and best practices for identity and access management responsibilities. Promoting and following least privilege principle for access management. Working with on-premise and cloud-based technology.
