Positions available in multiple locations across the US beginning Fall Semester 2026. This posting is for anticipated openings. While we will conduct preliminary interviews based on applications submitted through this posting, we will also reach out to qualified candidates to engage in a campus-specific review process once individual roles are posted. Note that positions are anticipated to open on a rolling basis through summer 2026. Specific titles, compensation, and experience required/preferred vary by campus Hillel. Do you love meeting new people? Are you always inviting friends to things you care about, and making sure they actually show up? Do you believe the best experiences are better when shared? As an IACT professional, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll build meaningful relationships and connect students to Birthright Israel and each other. Make a lasting impact on Jewish life as an IACT professional (Inspired, Active, Committed, Transformed), Hillel's innovative strategy that harnesses the power of Birthright. In addition to guiding students on impactful Birthright experiences, IACTs build campus communities prior to their departure and upon their return. IACTs are excited to engage students in Israel and in Jewish conversations and have a deep understanding of Jewish identity as a framework for shaping meaning, value, and purpose in the lives of emerging adults. They wake up each day (or at least most!) excited to help students explore and create vibrant connections to Israel and Jewish Life. This is an in-person and on-campus role available at a variety of locations.
