SAIC is seeking a I2 Systems Engineer to provide Systems Engineer Technical Advisor (SETA) services for a critical position on SAIC’s Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. As the I2 Systems Engineer you will provide technical, systems engineering, program management and acquisition support to manage end-to-end program lifecycle for the Government in the Integrated Intelligence Program Office. You will also provide specialized expertise supporting the acquisition of multi-source intelligence (multi-INT) software services. SAIC’s client is tasked with leading the integration of mission focused tools to foster increased efficiency, automation and information sharing. In this role the qualified candidate will assist and advise Government managers responsible for acquisition and operation of a variety of Cloud-based developments. Job Responsibilities to include: Provide technical expertise to support the planning of future systems and architectures and oversight of development contractors. Coordinate with multiple COCOM, IC and DoD stakeholders to ensure all documentation is in place to process MIPRs, execute Interagency Agreements and other documentation to satisfy program requirements. Provide cost, schedule, performance and other acquisition Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Government. Program Manager (PM) supporting three high visibility customer programs in support of operational objectives. Participate in all aspects of the Agile software process between the Program Management Office and vendor, including translating and prioritizing requirements, developing epic stories and advising the PM on these priorities. Assist in planning, coordinating and executing on a multitude of recurring events, including Quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR), biannual. Strategic Program Reviews (SPR), developer hackathons and annual Technical Planning Guidance (TPG) processes. Gain and demonstrate deep understanding of the supported programs to enable execution of overview briefings and demonstrations to a multitude of mission partners, DoD and IC leadership and other NRO visitors.
