About The Position

The IT Technician's role is to provide first level support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, hardware/software and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware/software while ensuring optimal systems performance. The person will also provide end-user/customer technical assistance (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
• Two years of previous experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or IT support.
• Valid State ID and/or Driver's License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Mississippi Gaming Permit.

Responsibilities
