At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! The role is part of the In-Space Systems business unit, which is focused on addressing two of the most compelling challenges in spaceflight today: space infrastructure and increasing mobility on-orbit. As part of a growing team of engineers, you'll be engaged in programs shaping Blue Origin's future. You will lead the development, assembly, integration, and testing of a space vehicle program. In a fast-paced environment, you will develop and execute a test plan to assess all vehicle subsystems concurrently with assembly, culminating in final launch preparations. Your leadership will drive a major integration and test campaign's success, including creating work instructions, writing test plans and procedures, developing test equipment, and compiling reports. Lead a team across shift operations during vehicle I&T execution. We seek someone with the technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to quality to impact spaceflight's future positively. Passion for our mission and vision is essential!
