We are seeking a mid-level associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support our growing, world-class Technology Transactions practice at Fenwick. This practice is renowned for handling complex and innovative technology transactions for some of the most prominent technology companies, as well as startups in the digital media and consumer technology sectors, both in the United States and internationally. The Technology Transactions practice collaborates closely with our Corporate Group, which is consistently ranked among the top practices for startups, IPOs, and M&A in the technology and life sciences sectors, both domestically and globally. The ideal candidate will possess substantial law firm experience and a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law. They should have experience in complex commercial transactions across various stages, including both earlier stage and later stage/public technology companies. The candidate will be expected to provide advice on the intellectual and commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. Superior academic credentials, along with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role. We are hiring in multiple locations including New York, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Santa Monica. It is required that candidates be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or be eligible to sit for or waive into the next bar exam.
