Requirements

  • Strong experience in collaborative software development including proactively seeking and providing feedback in code reviews and design discussions
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, and communicate effectively with multi-functional team members
  • Passionate about user privacy and understand the balance between privacy and safety
  • Excellent at written and verbal communications
  • Strong passion for public safety domain
  • Demonstrated ability to write and speak in formal situations, such as during engagements with government officials and key stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of assisted GNSS call flows and 3GPP location protocols
  • Experience with embedded location client or server development
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Jupyter Notebook, etc.
  • Familiarity with 3GPP (NR, 4G, 3G, 2G) or 3GPP2 protocols
  • Familiarity with public safety and emergency communications and regulations
  • Familiarity with JS/node.js, REST and state-based server/client architectures
