As an LNG Operations Technician Sr., you'll lead critical tasks to maintain LNG facility equipment, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee operations like cryogenic liquefaction and vaporization systems. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and minimum three (3) years of demonstrated ability as an operations technician or similar role.
  • Associates or 2-year technical degree and minimum two (2) years of multifaceted operations technician experience in the oil and gas industry.

  • Technical licenses/certificates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills.
  • Proficient/advanced knowledge of Process Control Systems and Programmable Logic Controllers.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of tasks to safely maintain equipment and support operations.
  • Tests, calibrates and validates process safety devices and equipment.
  • Responsible for data analysis and collaboration with others to find solutions to technical or operational problems.
  • Follows all company policies and applies appropriate operating and maintenance procedures.
  • Installs and maintains electrical equipment associated with power distribution systems and electrical safety code.
  • Acquires knowledge of and adheres to requirements for safe and efficient operation of facilities.
  • Maintains general knowledge of site/location/equipment/specific permits and compliance.
  • Troubleshoots, operates, repairs and maintains mechanical and electrical systems including both low and high voltage equipment.
