About The Position

" Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $80/hour Location: Carlsbad, NM Assignment Duration: 12 months+ Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), Holidays and PTO Responsibilities Understand and execute assigned construction tasks within the project scope Understand and interpret plans and specifications Successfully execute projects within contracted schedule and budget Work with multi-discipline engineering teams monitoring and controlling scope, schedule and budget Manage field crews and operation and maintenance of earthwork equipment Respond to field and client information requests Champion Worker Safety Programs Oversee site contractor fabrication, construction, and hookup work activities during Execution Phase Serve as member of the Project Team (PT) when project assigned Provide the interface between the work face and the Construction Site Manager or Construction Site Lead Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in Electronics and/or relevant training preferred 10+ years of hands-on, electrical field construction work on oil and gas projects; with at least 5+ years in a Supervisory role upholding the integrity of the construction/execution process Must have prior construction experience around various onshore oil & gas developments; pipelines, compressor stations, production facilities, and well pad facilities, etc Must have prior experience using related electrical equipment Prior Utility experience is preferred Strong working knowledge of oil and gas production systems and process flow, associated electrical systems and electrical components, including power generation and distribution; must be proficient in P&IDs Active Journeyman's License preferred The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in Electronics and/or relevant training preferred
10+ years of hands-on, electrical field construction work on oil and gas projects; with at least 5+ years in a Supervisory role upholding the integrity of the construction/execution process
Must have prior construction experience around various onshore oil & gas developments; pipelines, compressor stations, production facilities, and well pad facilities, etc
Must have prior experience using related electrical equipment

Nice To Haves

Prior Utility experience is preferred
