Key duties include conducting outbound calls as part of the Partners Sales and Service Member program, processing diverse financial transactions, and proactively assessing members' evolving banking needs to recommend suitable financial solutions. Additionally, the Member Experience Professional II will promote the credit union's objectives by cross-selling products and services, processing consumer loans, and mentoring other team members. The role requires expert-level product knowledge to educate members on financial responsibility, manage new memberships, and handle account services. Ensuring compliance with quality control standards, assisting with branch operations, and performing notary services and medallion signature guarantees are also essential. This position demands significant flexibility and the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues effectively.
