Based out of our Resource and Crisis Center, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing immediate, trauma-informed crisis support to individuals experiencing psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral crises - with a specialized focus on people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This is not a purely field-based role. The Crisis Center (in Pontiac, MI) is your home base, and you'll be dispatched into the community when calls come in. You'll work closely with a Crisis Supervisor who provides hands-on oversight and support every shift. Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (this position works every other weekend)
