About The Position

The iCIMS Functional Consultant at Charles Schwab plays a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the iCIMS talent acquisition platform. This position requires deep subject matter expertise in iCIMS system administration and involves collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and optimization of the platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the iCIMS talent acquisition platform.
  • Extensive experience with iCIMS configuration, including system setup, workflow configuration, and data migration.
  • iCIMS certification required.
  • Strong functional understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the iCIMS talent acquisition platform, including system setup, workflow configuration, and data migration.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in iCIMS systems administration to configure all iCIMS workflow and integrations for various iCIMS modules (Connect, Recruit, Onboard).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Provide guidance and best practice recommendations to stakeholders based on industry standards and iCIMS.
  • Configure iCIMS modules, including Recruitment Marketing, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Reporting, to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs and materials.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
  • Stay informed about iCIMS product updates and new features and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed to ensure system integration and data integrity.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
