This is a summer internship based in Richland, WA. Interns must hire and onboard no later than June 22, 2026. This internship is open to students enrolled in the CBC Nuclear Technology Program. GENERAL SUMMARY Energy Northwest has an interest in periodically employing college students who are studying radiation safety, nuclear technology, or other similar technical fields in order to assist the student in completing their training/education and to benefit from the duties they can be qualified to perform at Energy Northwest.

Requirements

• The job classification will not be open for bid, will not be posted, and will only be available to students enrolled and active in either the EITC or CBC Nuclear Technology programs

Responsibilities

• Gather parts, M&TE and tools
• Setting up Surveillance carts and associated test equipment
• Performance of bench calibrations on replacement parts
• Work document verification and closure
• Support documentation/procedure revision verification
• Participation in I/C and error prevention training
